The purpose of the Alliance Managed Healthcare (AMH) team is to improve the healthcare system by creating a more efficient, cost effective, and clinically focused delivery system with new innovative solutions and services.  We accomplish this goal by providing our clients with Healthcare Business Consulting, Revenue Cycle Management, Technology Solutions, Fee Schedule Analysis, Predictive Modeling tools and Healthcare Provider Networks for healthcare providers, payers and employers.  These services have successfully improved clinical outcomes, saved our customers time, money, increased revenues and profit margins for the past 20 years.

Our Team
The AMH team has extensive experience in each area of our healthcare and business operations.
Creg Parks, Chief Executive Officer
Creg is a healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in the areas of Managed Care, Healthcare Administration, Provider Payment Systems, Healthcare Informatics and Business Management & Consulting.  Creg is the founder and CEO of Alliance Managed Healthcare, a Healthcare Management, Consulting, RCM and Technology Company.  Creg developed and managed a new provider reimbursement department and procedures at the Scott &White Health Plan, managing provider payments/contracts serving over 250k lives processing over 2 million claims annually; new medical cost savings initiatives saved the HMO millions of dollars annually. He was the co-founder of the Physicians Cooperative of Texas, the first physician-owned certified Healthcare Network with a network of 3,000 providers, and sold that company for a profit.  While at United Healthcare, he developed national provider networks of over 5,000 providers.  Creg has been active in the Texas Healthcare legislative reforms as a subject matter expert, including prompt pay and tort reform, and he is a mentor in the residency program to MHA students at Texas State University.
Christy Christopher, Vice President Revenue Cycle Management
Christy has over 14 years’ experience in business office management, accounting, and healthcare revenue cycle management services.  In 2007, she successfully developed and managed the business operations of the new Legacy Surgery Center in Frisco Texas.  Christy has joined AMH as the Director of the new RCM division and manages all functions, staff and client operations.  Recently Christy has implemented a total RCM process improvement at the First Surgery Center in Sulphur Springs Texas, improving their policies and procedures, staff training, coding, billing, collections, verifications, appeals, auditing and patient accounts receivables.
Executive Advisory Board
The AMH Executive Advisory Board is a collection of individuals who bring unique knowledge and skills that complement the knowledge and skills of our Executive team, in order to more effectively govern the organization; some of our Advisors are: Rick Holdren, Gary Cowsert, Chris Shoup, James Knoebel CPA and Maria Talamo RN.
